It is said that people who eat a lot of fruits have a healthy diet and are least likely to attract diseases when we eat sufficient fruits essential nutrients are released into our bodies.
In Colombia there is an abundance of fruits that are big and juicy; truthfully I am not a fruit lover but I try to eat as much as possible because they are healthy. The fruits here look so big, juicy and colorful on the stalls that when you pass by you just have to buy even one.

It doesn’t matter if you are hungry or thirsty these fruits will definitely satisfy these needs, they are also extremely economical.
I know that in some countries like Jamaica fruits can be really expensive and so that is a major factor why some people don’t get the chance to buy and eat and as much as they would like.
Fruits are economical here because they are grown right here in abundance and are not imported.
These local farmers are dedicated to their farming as this is their only source of survival and also they do not use toxic chemicals to boost immature growth making these fruits really healthy.
Here in the plains of Villavicencio where I live; the farmers produce large quantities of fruits each week and so there are many market areas and stalls on almost every street corner boasting arrays of succulent and vibrant looking fruits.
In this video I was just going on my merry way when I saw one of the fruit stalls, laden with oversized strawberries that were just screaming out my name, I could not ignore them …and of course, they did not disappoint!
So when in Colombia take advantage of this abundance of fruits, you won’t be dissatisfied!
